Please start your own thread if you haven't already by clicking on the Create Post button on the main forum page.
You will then get all the help you need.
Start by telling us the name of the PPC, when and where it occurred, and the date the NTK was issued. Acronyms and abbreviations common to the parking forum can be found in the fifth post of the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES, so perhaps print that page or write it out before you start for easy reference.
