Problem with Sky continuous payments via Tesco credit card

I have had a problem paying my Sky subscription via continuous payment with my Tesco credit card for months. Every month my credit card details were removed resulting in late payments. I called Sky and they informed me that Tesco removed the card not them, Tesco kept informing me that Sky removed it not them. After weeks…

The list comes from Mastercard, but it is your card provider that add's it to the list.
Mastercard can't add a card to any list without instruction.
