S9 or S10? Contract or PAYG?
OK, so I lost my phone yesterday and can't decide what to do.
My options are:
a) buy a cheap handset to tide me over until December when my contract is over
b) buy an S9 which I had for about £400 brand new off eBay or Amazon - it's no longer available to buy from Samsung and EE don't do it online, only in their shops. I guess I could buy one second hand or refurbished but I've not had a used mobile before. Do they last a long time? Are they genuine?
c) end my contract early for roughly £340 and upgrade now to get a new handset
Which one would make more sense? I'm not cash strapped but really don't want to spend a lot of money if the pandemic gets worse and people are laid off work. The manager at my local EE is really good and I am sure he would give me a discount (the current contract only had 20GB of data but he tripled it for no extra fee) but all the shops are closed and I don't know if and when they will open again!
Also, I had an S9 but the new contracts seem to be on the S10, what are they like? Any good? I wish I could go into a store and see what they are like to hold etc.
Thanks all.

Don't delay as they are selling quickly at that price. I've just got one and currently setting it up. Very impressed.1 -
