Vax not replacing 14 month old vacuum

    Thank you all for you comments. Having just come off the phone to vax, they won’t budge. Not good when it is only 6 weeks out, but hay ho, no more vax for me. Moral of the story is always register your product for the warranty to be valid. Lesson learned.

    You still have consumer rights, if you can prove the fault is inherent. However, other than that, you are unfortunately out of luck. Not sure what you mean by 'only 6 weeks out'

    Sadly, 6 weeks past a guarantee the never existed, i.e. a meaningless deadline :(
