Hi,
i have sold my house to FTB who can complete any day from now
i am eager to complete ASAP
The house i am moving to is vacant and she can complete ASAP
What do the solicitors actually have to do to agree a completion date? We are exchanging and completing on the same day due to the situation
Thanks

Has the conveyancing been done? Mortgage applications, valuations, surveys, searches, enquiries raised and answered? Only after all this will you agree a completion date and exchange contracts. What stage are you at?
At the moment you may find it difficult to get a valuation, survey and timely searches.0 -

Nothing, it's up to you and your buyers (and their lender) to agree a date.markyyyyyy said:What do the solicitors actually have to do to agree a completion date?0 -
