Ive payed the fine off now though i only did this because i just thought it would make things better would it look bad on me if i wanted to get the ccj set asside0

again It's not a fine, ultimately you don't want this CCJ affecting your credit file for the next 6 years and as it stands that is where your at. Paying it off has done you no favours as the Claimant now has little interest in agreeing to a set aside known as 'set aside with consent' but again not a disaster as you don't need them to agree to the consent. You do however need to persuade a Judge of the reason/s you believe this judgement is/was unfair as you wasn't given a chance to defend it.
Best advice for you is to post a new thread on the parking forum giving details of the original 'INVOICE' from the PPC, the date of judgement, when you paid, when you first discovered you had a CCJ on your file etc etc. That will avoid you carrying on here being given more WRONG advice in how to deal with this. The parking forum regulars are expert in dealing with ALL parking companies and helped me get rid of my false invoice a while back, go there now and make a new post.0 -
I don’t understand why you can go “unpunished” for breaking rules.
Nanny-state Britain it seems0 -
I suppose it depends what the 'rules' are, wouldn't you agree? If they are completely unfair and biased, would it be fair to get punished for breaking said rules?
Don't know where Nanny-state Britain fits although I too am not a fan of Nanny-state.
