You really need to read about 'set asides' how they work, what you have to do etc etc and the best place to do that is on the 'parking forum'. There are literally dozens of threads on 'set asides'0

Generally, a set aside isn't to remove a CCJ after you've paid it, it's used when you're challenging the validity of the CCJ. A set-aside application costs £255 (your cost) - and you need a valid reason as to why you're asking the court to remove the CCJ. I successfully got a set aside for a non-parking related matter, as I could prove that the company involved had not written my name correctly (spelling is everything), and as a result the letters hadn't been forwarded by a Royal Mail redirection service that I had in place whilst temporarily working in another location. You can't just ask for a set-aside because you've paid it off. Do you have a valid reason to challenge the CCJ?If you've already paid it - then I imagine you've agreed with the fact you didn't pay the fine, and have now done so. Your CCJ will remain on file for 6 years, however as it's marked 'satisfied' it will have a lesser impact than one that's been ignored and unpaid.0

Well no. You broke the rules and received a fine as detailed in the letters and the signage in the car park.I’m not sure why it should be set-aside.Live and learn.0

Get yourself into the parking tickets forum and start by reading the Newbies Sticky, then the threads on set aside and properly defending a claim.
And anything involving Civil Enforcement is not any kind of fine!

Not receiving any letter is just one of the MANY reasons you can apply for this to be set aside, it is NOT A FINE!!!! like some are WRONGLY suggesting, it is an INVOICE from a private company that ALLEDGE you broke one or more of their rules. 9 times out of 10 these 'INVOICES' are scams, you really need to repost this in the Parking forum where there is lots of advice on getting this dealt with. Time is not on your side as in order to get this set aside you need to display to a Judge that this information is new to you, you never received any letter/s and have only just discovered this CCJ.
Paying this was not the best thing to do but its not a disaster, the regulars on the parking forum have dealt with your issue many many times, GO THERE NOW!! and good luck.

I assume you mean info about 'set asides' OR do you mean find the parking forum?0
