They should have wiped it already. No excuse for them to delay it, they should have done it when they paid you. I would complain to the ICO now, go to their website. No use waiting 3 months, because it will take at least 3 months for the ICO to get back to you now. Complain now and also complain to WONGA.

If Wonga had a 2/3 month backlog previously, then that is only to extend under current circumstances.
