Directions Questionnaire (Small Claims Track)

Anyhow, back in November 2019 my partner received a ticket from Parking eye, unfortunately this was around the time of moving address and whilst her Drivers license and v5 etc was updated there was a crossover so the original fine letter was never passed on from the previous address until Jan 2020 along with another letter explains as no communications from the 1st letter meant that it was going to court. The 2nd letter from Northampton court came along with some form you could complete online (I forget the name of the form), We completed the details online and have not heard anything since until today when a letter sent again to our old address was passed on to us. This letter was called a Directions Questionnaire (Small Claims Track) and shows that it was completed by Parking eye and talks about mediation. Aside from the details about mediation there is not a lot of information on this to make any sense of. There is not even a date on the letter.
Basically I have no idea what I am if anything supposed to do about this , is it purely for information purposes and should we have received our own version of this? Do I need to call Northampton Court or just wait? Despite our advising that we had moved address and that correspondance should be directed to our new address I am worried we have missed something.
Many thanks for reading and any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

its all detailed in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread where links to this process show relevant posts from 3 or 4 years ago, shame you missed them, especially the posts by bargepole and systemyou are awaiting your own DQ from the CCBC, or download it and fill it in and email to the CCBC and post to the claimantyou do not fill in the one sent by Parking Eye , but each party should serve it on the other , they have , you havent , yetlogin to the MCOL website and check your status for a start, see if the DQ has been sent or notps:- this is nothing to do with the Northampton Court, its the CCBC which is just a government office, it is not a court , the Northampton court has a different postcode and address

You seem to have missed the 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' heading in red in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread, and the link there to bargepole telling everyone how to complete a DQ...question by question.
No asking about Mediation please, nor asking if you have to go to Northampton for a hearing.

ParkingEyse's signs are the pits and unlikely to find favour with a judge, read this

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully, when life gets back to normal, it will become impossible for those scammers who are left to continue their vile trade, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Compan
