I’m having issues too, with courier since Saturday except it isn’t as he’s been. Guessing it was rerouted and is heading slowly my way. Hope so as it’s vintage glass coming back from a restorer. Spent 45 mins on hold twice only to be disconnected. Tweeted and emailed but nothing. Though to be fair it’s the first issue I’ve had with them and have had hundreds of deliveries from them.

Hopefully it will end up with you , I’m surprised the restorer used a service though which is not insured , glass is specifically excluded from insurance.

So long as it was packed well (which I trust him on - he sends glass all over the world) it’ll be fine - it’s chunky mid century stuff rather than very fragile. So long as it isn’t lost!

    Update on my previous comments:
The parcels arrived, together, yesterday, so 2 days after those notifications they were deliverd; that's 5 weeks after placing the order but hey, they did arrive :)

Had a message from hermes at 2am saying they have it and one at 9.30am saying its out for delivery, at least its on its way. Had no replies from Studio but a lot of other people are in the same situation.

    People need to relax. Honestly.
Many people are sitting home filling their time ordering stuff whilst others are genuinely putting their and their family life at risk.
Seen so many posts online about parcels with the 'I know theres the corona but..........'

A Hermes parcel that was out for delivery on Saturday finally arrived on Friday, 6 days later. But it arrived safely and undamaged.  So just be patient if your parcel does not arrive on time.

Similarly my Hermes parcel which was out for delivery last Saturday was safely delivered today, a week later. No idea where it has been (our local courier told me he’d been off that week and that his round that day had been messed up by a stand in) but it’s here and that’s what matters.
  • I returned a jacket to Mountain Warehouse via Hermes. Hermes say it has been returned to MW but MW say it hasn’t arrived. Neither taking responsibility. Piggy in the middle at the moment and don’t know where to go next. Collected by Hermes on 20/4/20
