Hi, i’m hoping for some advice please.
My Mum has decided she would like
to open a joint savings account in both of our names, with her funeral savings in.
I wanted to check as i have a very good credit rating & hers is poor. Does this have any implications for my credit file in anyway if we were to open an account.

credit rating, so no it’s not answered.
thanks for your useful input though.0 -
No. Since savings accounts aren’t reported to the CRA’s.And neither of you have a “credit rating” to be affected.0

Your question was answered by eskbanker in your other thread, and above by D3xt3r5L4b, savings accounts are not reported to the CRA`s, so will have no effect on you whatsoever.
