Building/planning Issue re: our future neighbour's extension between exchange and completion

    You need to get down there and see for yourself, but consider pulling out of exchange because the property has been changed.

    Yes, you are absolutely right. We will be on Monday, when he's available. In the meantime I was curious to see if anyone else had had or heard of a similar situation, and could offer their experience. But yes, I've had time to consider everything and formulated a proposed way forward now, via my solicitor. Thank you for your reply.
