Yes, it says 8th April...so what?lets be honest....probably....if shes referring it to the judge then hopefully they will look into it furtherOn a side note would you like to see what Excel sent through in response to the SAR, it may be helpful for future defendants against them, its even things like their CCTV isnt time stamped at all its just a photograph and then someone has cut and paste a time over it, (which lets be honest, even I could do that) also there are no pictures of who is even driving or where the car was parked (and i know cases in the past have been won by defendants when there are spaces without visible signage)Additionally a page on their claims management system actually says total debt £100 so why did they issue a claim for £160 if their own system says something different! They also have a box at the top where they say whether its POFA compliant so they knew all along they weren't as they wrote it on their system!I would love to fight companies like this for a job!2 -
I did, but be careful who you start a business with. Do DBS checks first is my advice.I would love to fight companies like this for a job!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

'With reference to your email received on the 1 May 2020 at 14:39,this matter was referred to the District Judge who has made the following directions.
The claim remains discontinued and pursuant to CPR 38.6(3)there is no costs order in your favour following the discontinuance.'

I would love to fight companies like this for a job!So why not join us here and get your revenge by hitting Excel much harder in the pocket than any cost order you'd have obtained, by advising others how to win their fight against them (and many other PPCs).I think we are at an exciting stage in fighting PPCs as they are no doubt reeling as a result of C19 and the mounting number of Abuse of Process court decisions that are going against them, and the great victory at Lewes CC by @chelostar and Coupon-mad.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
