Can I use my help to buy ISA to buy land or to buy a static caravan?

Hi, I have a help to buy isa with NatWest and have plans for the future to buy a static caravan to live in and land to put this on alongside other things in relation to my business. Would I be able to use my help to buy isa in relation to this?

The HTB ISA scheme rules require that the purchase is of an Eligible Interest in Land, but the fuller definition insists that such land "comprises a building that is used or suitable for use as a dwelling, or is in the process of being constructed or adapted for such use", so neither the land itself nor a temporary structure placed on it would satisfy that.1
