CONTACTING TRAVEL UP

Booked and paid for air tickets to South Africa with Travel Up flying with BA. Obviously flights cancelled and I want a refund. Travel Up have effectively disappeared!. the last notification on their site was March 25. No phones answered and their offices in Reading empty apparently. Must be thousands in same position. Next steps ? BA advise...keep on trying to contact Travel Up.

What is your flight date? many airlines and third parties are dealing with imminent travel dates within the next 72 hours

Thanks Caz. The twitter statement is exactly the same as the one their website in March. I have filled the form in but had no response. We were due to fly out on Good Friday. As far as anyone knows has anyone had any contact from Travel Up ?
