OP have you googled for advice? I had a quick look and there seems to be quite a lot of info out there about cifas markers. It seems it is not making you as a fraudster, but as someone who is vulnerable to having your identity stolen, so more checks are needed and you can’t open accounts online, but you should be OK if you talk to the bank. Edit: OP does actually say it's a type 6 (first party fraud) marker, i.e. a serious one....1
