Three SIM only from Virgin
My wife has a Virgin SIM only account - years old, paying £9 for 750Mb !!
I have talked her in to changing suppliers to Three (£5 for 1Gb) - she doesn't use any more....
She needs a Micro SIM as well - and to replace the Std SIM using Virgin is not a simple task - I spent a good hour this morning, trying to ask Virgin for a replacement
However - Virgin are IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with - They have an "automated" TXT based system that fails every time
Virgin phone line is permanantly busy and their web based help system is pointless - so how do we swap suppliers and keep the same number ?
Will Three do the "donkey work" or is that down to us
Also - how do we cancel Virgin account - without simply cancelling the DD ?

Virgin mobile, text ‘PAC’ to 65075
When you get your new SIM from three. follow this
https://www.three.co.uk/Support/switching/switch-to-three/
Once your mobile number switch over, the virgin contract cancel itself.
