Santander H2B ISA interest rate cut

Email just received. The interest rate is currently 4.25% so not sure why the email says 4%.

New rate is still good. How does your phone still have 96% battery in the afternoon?

My company mobile was new last week and I'm already down to 74% today.

I've had the email too, oh well, it was good while it lasted (mine is 4.25% too, were there different issues?)

There were different issues but anyone with "Issue 1" is on 4.25% (originally 4%).

Had an email to say Virgin are chopping theirs too, from 2.5% to 2%.  "But we've made sure it is above the Bank of England base rate" - which was hardly difficult!

What issue of the Virgin H2B ISA have you got? According to their interest rate finder, Issue 1 is currently at 3.25%, Issue 2 at 3% and Issue 3 and 4 at 2.5%. Wonder whether they are cutting all issues?
