Aren't you being a bit previous, we've just had a bank holiday so you can write off 4 of those days.
My son works for RM, they are currently handling volumes of mail that seems greater than Christmas time.
So it's possible you package if shipped pre Easter holidays is still in the process stage. Allow extra for the world's difficulties at present, in any case here in the UK you can't really submit a claim for a lost package just yet, read the T&C's on that.
    Hope it arrives soon.

Thanks for your message but dont forget my package shows advised status since the first day and no one knows where is it. Parcel Force blame Royal Mail, they assure me that their courier didn't pick it up and asked to fill a claim. If I knew that is somewhere in a depot or even still in UK I wouldn't be like that but to asked and got answers that we dont know we can't help and make a claim thats makes me anxious. Thanks again

We had a letter sent to us on the 8th April that hasnt arrived yet.     In post we received today, we had letters dated 6th April, 9th April and 23rd April.  it's a bit all over the place at the moment.

    Thanks dunstonh...
I'm glad to know isn't only mine. The frustrating is that they can't even track it. They blame post office that the parcel never been handed by them and when I spoke with the post office they told me 100% the ParcelForce courier picked it up.
Still hope though that will come soon
  • In order for us to proceed with your claim, we require that you provide the following supporting information:

Customs Declaration (CP72). Completed at the Post Office, or when our driver collected your parcel, showing the declared contents of the parcel and its value.

    - Cost Price Evidence of value for the goods postedEvidence of value to substantiate the amount claimed. (For example; Cost Price Purchase Receipt, Invoice, Purchase receipt, PayPal confirmation of sale, etc).

The evidence of value ok but the CP72 is something we did fill at the Post Office but we didn't keep a copy of that. I guess I have to go back to the post office and ask for a copy. If they have one!

  • UPDATE...
My brother in law when back to the post office  and he asked for the CP72 because he never picked it from there and the  lady there she believes that the other lady who received the parcel she probably put both CP72 on the parcel and then postman or courier saw that and said " Aw someone doesn't have his CP72 let's take that!!" Great news if that happened.
