All - I'm back. Bad news. I have a new Notice to Keeper from Euro Car Parks (BPA) in Morrisons, Acton. Spent too long there (I did use the store multiple times throughout the day, however). 

Is it worth me fighting this one? I did, after all, over stay time wise? Dated 16.06.20. £100 PCN due discounted if paid by 30.06.20.

Surely you have been on this forum long enough to know never to reveal the driver's identity when you post here.

Since this is a completely different PCN to your own space case I suggest you start a new thread if you need help after re-reading the NEWBIES and sending the template in blue.

A silly NTK from ECP is not bad news. 

Complain to the retail park, because AFAIK, Morrisons don't use ECP but you can try a complait to them too and ask who to escalate the complaint to and who contracted with ECP.

Coupon-mad - I have the NTK / PCN here and it states "Location: Morrisons - Acton" FYI. No retail park in this scenario, just a supermarket in Acton town. You're suggesting write directly to Morrisons? 

All - it sounds like you're all saying don't pay it - even I felt like I didn't have a case this time. However, you all seem confident that it is worth fighting? (On a new thread Fruitcake, promise!)

No-one pays ECP.  This is basic advice.  You'd save our typing fingers simply by reading other ECP threads.

Then I suggest you re-read your previous post, because it stands out like a sore thumb. Whether ECP could work out which PCN this refers to based on your forum identity and what you've posted so far is open to question, but it can be done.
