My latest monthly bill from EE was £380. The majority of this (£360) was because I went over my allowed usage for phone calls, charged at .65p a minute. I am sure I never received notification via txt that I had used all my free minutes although EE say they did send txt. Additionally they took £380 from my bank account via direct debit without any notification. I consider the whole affair to be an extremely unfair way of them taking large amounts of money from unsuspecting customers?

I don't know about EE but Vodafone has an app where you can check how many minute, texts and how much data you have used. EE say on their website they have an app and in addition you can get the monthly amount by phoning 150 so perhaps the problem is you haven't kept a close eye on this and £380 is not a marginal overspend is it?1
