Sky are not answering calls

Sky put my subscription up by £2 and I tried ringing but its a recorded message saying were not answering calls. How can I get hold of them to contest what they have done?

Cancel as in cancel entire service full stop .
Or is that move to another ISP . ISP moves are now gaining provider led . They do all the work .
Assumption is that you are out of contract now .
