Barclays ISA transfers

I know these are difficult times, but has anyone experience of Barclays ISA transfers? I initiated a transfer about three weeks ago, and I know they typically take 15 working days to complete, but from what I gather the request form I sent has not even been sent to my current provider, the Principality, yet.

It might be worth contacting Barclays to determine if they have received the request yet. Sometimes post gets delayed, etc.0

I tried to contact the ISA office at Barclays by phone and was informed that office was closed due to the current situation.I therefore initiated two transfers online. The transfers were quickly completed in 3 and 5 days. There was some urgency as the transfers had to be initiated within 30 days according to the T&C.Excellent service by Barclays as well as Yorkshire and Coventry.0

We're now well into the 4th week and still no sign of a transfer.
I've lodged a complaint with Barlcays, am I right in thinking that they MUST backdate interest to day 16 for a cash ISA transfer?0 -
As explained at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/75722359/#Comment_75722359, my understanding is that it remains recommended practice that cash ISA transfers between mainstream institutions are conducted without loss of interest, although it isn't spelt out exactly how delayed transfers should recognise interest lost by virtue of being left in lower-paying accounts for longer....gwapenut said:We're now well into the 4th week and still no sign of a transfer.
