Old-style (early 1990s) loans - payment holidays due to COVID-19?

Still nothing from Honours Student Loans about whether there's an chance of a 3 month deferment, similar to other loans / credit cards / mortgages / etc. Emailed last week as I can't get through on the phone. Website says nothing about coronavirus other than that it's possibly harder to get through on the phone. The FAQ still says they need proof of previous 3 months' income being lower than the cutoff. In other words, they rank themselves as more important than rent, mortgage, utilities, etc...
Has anyone else managed to get in touch with them and had a response to this question?

And the day after I post, I finally get a response from Honours Student Loans. Posted here for other people's reference. There's no personal information so here it is in full:
We refer to your recent contact with our offices on the 9th April 2020 and thank you for your query.
In response, if you are in a position where your income has been reduced or you have no income coming in, then you should submit a deferment application form together with a signed and dated letter from your employer confirming your current gross salary as a result of the current health issue.
If you are unable to provide this evidence you will need to provide a letter explaining that due to the current circumstances of Covid 19 that you are unable to access payslips, or a letter from your employer to confirm your current salary.  The Student Loans Company (SLC) is responsible for the deferment process and request that customers provide a copy of their latest bank statement which shows their salary being paid into their account. Although this will be a net amount, it would give the SLC an indication if the customer is under the threshold.
We have requested a new deferment application form to be sent out which you should receive in 10-14 days. Please complete and return the deferment form with evidence to support your application to the Student Loans Company PO Box 4033, GLASGOW G52 4XL.
We note that you are currently remitting payments to us in respect of your monthly instalments.  If payments are currently unaffordable we are able to cancel your direct debit instruction for the time being.  Please email us or telephone our customer services team as soon as possible in order to do so.
Please note that arrears will accrue if payment is not maintained but once deferment has been secured we are able to back date your deferment by up to a maximum of 3 months to remove any arrears that may accrue whilst your application is being processed.
Please be assured that we understand that these are difficult and unprecedented times and we are currently working to put robust steps in place to ensure that no one will be adversely affected by this situation. We have noted all of your comments and we will deal with your account in line with the current circumstances.
If you require any further assistance, please contact our customer services team who will endeavour to try to help you.
