Can I put a claim in to Halifax bank for compensation for isa’s I took out with them, only thing I done it on line, can I still put a claim in, thanks

If you applied online it is essentially your responsibility and your informed choice that you took out that product
Cant see any reasons why you would need to claim0 -
Given the OP hasn't returned to describe the problem then we have no idea if they have grounds for complaint. Just because they opened the account online doesn't give Halifax a blank cheque to treat a customer badly.
