Halifax isa

Can I put a claim in to Halifax bank for compensation for isa’s I took out with them, only thing I done it on line, can I still put a claim in, thanks

    Why exactly would you be due compensation for an ISA? I think we need some more context here.

    What have Halifax done that you think is wrong?
    Have you tried contacting them first to give them an opportunity to fix or explain the issue?

  • If you applied online it is essentially your responsibility and your informed choice that you took out that product
    Cant see any reasons why you would need to claim

    Given the OP hasn't returned to describe the problem then we have no idea if they have grounds for complaint. Just because they opened the account online doesn't give Halifax a blank cheque to treat a customer badly. Not enough information to come to any conclusion.
