Green Energy Tariff with Perks

I've been a Green Energy customer for about three years. My latest tariff is Fixed for 36 Months with Perks. Perks are points which are redeemable for various devices, store cards etc. I had my last Perks update in October 2019 and should have had 500 points added in October, January and This month. I have emailed three times and got replies indicatng a ticket has been raised and they would get in touch, which hasn't led to any resolution. And since Accepting the 36 months fixed last year, I am also paying around £60 more a quarter when I was advised I wouldn't save as much as my previous tariff, I would still make savings on this tariff.
Anyway my question really is. Have they broken our contract by not updating my Perks?
