Green Energy Tariff with Perks

I've been a Green Energy customer for about three years. My latest tariff is Fixed for 36 Months with Perks. Perks are points which are redeemable for various devices, store cards etc. I had my last Perks update in October 2019 and should have had 500 points added in October, January and This month. I have emailed three times and got replies indicatng a ticket has been raised and they would get in touch, which hasn't led to any resolution. And since Accepting the 36 months fixed last year, I am also paying around £60 more a quarter when I was advised I wouldn't save as much as my previous tariff, I would still make savings on this tariff.
Anyway my question really is. Have they broken our contract by not updating my Perks?

    You have posted in the LPG, Heating Oil, Solid & Other Fuels section.  Assuming that Green Energy supply you with electricity and possibly gas, you may find that you will get more response in the Energy section.
