Omg poor you it's bloody scary isn't it. It's such a condition that can affect anyone at any age, for no know reason. But can also be bought on by trauma to the brain. It must be a nightmare for a neurologist to try and understand and treat each different patient.
EEGs are often inconclusive as patients often don't fit whilst having one. Ct scans only show if there is actual damage to the brain that is the cause. A neurologist once told me that the best diagnosis for epilepsy is witnessed seizures normally more than one by two different people . Even then further tests on heart and diabetes and potential other infection tests are carried out to make sure that it was not just a faint and not a fit. Most people are not familiar with a seizure. Do you have a good consultant you can talk too.
That's why I think that the dwp assessors can have absolutely no chance and can only by supporting evidence from medical professionals. In many ways I am hoping for a face to face assessment to actually express my feelings honestly about my life.
I don't seeing that happening though. I sometimes think that people have no idea how it affects your life and to be paid ESA of just over hundreds pounds a week is truly disgraceful

In a way I'm looking forward to it. But I must admit I'd rather have a face to face I think it's easier to explain things when looking at somebody.

HCP's would mark you down for looking at them throughout the interview, they prefer it if you stare at your shoes.
