The question that I asked is : What appeal grounds do I have? That's not the question you asked on the post I replied to.For the record, this was your question:should they decide to issue court papers what do I do then? This is what I said:Deal with them at the time. What other options are you anticipating? The NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post, has been written with input from legally qualified contributors and takes you right through the whole process. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ok then Based upon my OP what appeal grounds do I have? The one fits all template on this sticky thread is also not appropriate to my case apart from the first three linesUmkomaas said:The question that I asked is : What appeal grounds do I have? That's not the question you asked on the post I replied to.For the record, this was your question:should they decide to issue court papers what do I do then? This is what I said:Deal with them at the time. No matter what appeal you make to any PPC, even grounds that are absolutely watertight, none will make any difference, it's unlikely that they will even read it, but regardless, it will be rejected. The only places you're going to have any prospect of a cancellation is via the landowner, or ultimately via your local county court. Can't dress this up any prettier than that.Sorry but we don't have fairy dust to sprinkle over any or every parking charge dropping through letterboxes. Do you realise there are 7 million of them a year - seriously, it's not just you! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. The one [size] fits all template on this sticky thread is also not appropriate to my case apart from the first three lines
Those words I have emboldened are worth reading again.
Apart from anything else, it sends a subliminal message saying "you might as well put this in the 'too difficult' pile as I'm getting help and support from MSE forums".
It really is one size fits all. Just send it.
