New mobile contract/Iphone 11 deals

My current contract with Vodafone ends on 17th April. I have seen a new deal with EE via Mobiles.co.uk that I'm thinking of taking out. Can anyone advise how best to go about cancelling my contract as I have been unable to speak to anyone at Vodafone for advice? Would also like to keep my current number.
New deal is Iphone 11, 45GB pm, £36 per month for 24 months and £150 upfront for phone. Anyone know of any better deals?

Scroll down to where it says Leaving Vodafone For Another Network it tells you how to leave with a text message once you get the pac code give it to your new provider and when your number goes across to the new provider your contract will automatically finish from Vodafone.

Getting a pac from your existing provider will result in the existing contract ceasing and also ensure that you retain your existing number.
Just remember that your current contract doesn't end in April, it's just the end of the minimum contractual period. So, if you don't take action to terminate then it will continue for years to come. Many people come unstuck by simply taking out a new contract assuming the old one will automatically end - it doesn't.
Getting a pac and transferring your number will achieve this. Getting a pac but not transferring your number within 30 days will mean that you haven't cancelled.0 -
