It's more that in practice there isn't much you can do about it for the meantime, so your consumer rights are kind of academic. In other circumstances we might say "you could threaten them with court action", but the courts are shut down for all but genuinely urgent work.Prokofiev said:

Can you clarify OP - when it was delivered, when it was first used and when it “ broke “ - also what it the nature of the fault.Once the lockdown is lifted, I fully expect the OP to have no problem obtaining a full refund.
