Virgin Mobile APN settings

I'm trying to help a blind friend set up his new Blindshell mobile.  It isn't a smartphone, but does use mobile data and wifi.  Virgin couldn't provide the settings when I asked.

This is what I've set so far, but it's clearly wrong.

APN  goto.virginmobile.uk

Username  blank - but I had tried user

Server  blank - but I had tried their mms server here

Password  blank

Authentication type  CHAP

Access point type  default

MVNO type  NONE

MVNO data blank

I'll be grateful for any suggestions.

I suggest you try the Virgin media community help forum. There is a section for mobile phones.

As suggested try the VM forums, I got help from there for the settings.
Heres what I have but it could be diferent for non smart phones
I have authentication type as none
Access point type as mms
Username as user
Too many to post but give the forums a try.
