Sorry If This Is Posted In Wrong Place Im New But Can Any1 Help I Have A Contract Fone Wiv Voda And My Monthly Bills Are Rising Even Thou Im Not Usein My Fone Any More Than Normal Im On 200 Mins And 300 Text Pm £25 But My Bill This Month Is £65 When I Contact Them They Are Rude An Cut Me Off AnD When I Request A Paper Bill I Dont Ever Get 1 Are They Just Makein The Bills Up As They Go Along Helpp

What a long sentence you have written but I shall do my best to decipher what you have written and as I understand it you feel you should be paying £25 but your bills are getting to ridiculous amounts even though you are using the phone infrequently or not at all in which case you should not be paying more than the aforementioned £25 in which case I would suggest that you have had a text at some point which has ended up costing you loads of money there are a lot of them out there and I think you should get back on to Vodaphone and speak nicely to them as it is unlikely to be anything to to with them they will just be billing you for these texts which you probably don't even realise you have had and there is more information about this on the links below.
