    To those saying the place may go bust, what happens to OP's funds if they go bust before they open again? 
    The OP will be a creditor and can make a claim for whatever percentage they might be able to get. The point is really that if they're on the verge of going bust, that probably means there's little chance of them readily handing back the money.
