I flag all  adverts for iphones, etc  on gumtree, craigslist, etc as they must all be fraudulent and/or stolen

My husband  bought his Iphone  outright. H died ;ast year. Why would it be fraudulent for me to sell it?

It isn't - you can do what you want with his old phone. Me - I would never buy it from Gumtree - 99% of phones on there are sold fraudulently. Why not sell it on say Ebay - the buyer and seller gets Paypal protection if there is a problem?

I agree  it is not fraud but Keiran seems to know differently that is why I ask why.

I think he was thinking along the same line as myself - Gumtree and phone sales = Fraud with a capital F.
If you wish to continue - there is nothing stopping you selling on there - use common sense and a lot of caution if you do so.
