    So you want recompensing for an "insulin bag". This not something that can be used in the future or in the UK?

  • If it's any consolation to the OP, the Friday before this all kicked off, I spent £150 on hiking boots, hiking clothes etc for a trip that I was going on in June. 

    Needless to say they will stay in my wardrobe until I use them, probably next year.

    OP is there no way that the things you bought can be used on a day to day basis?
