Looks like a typo. You can claim up to 18/09/20, when you will stop work.

Thank you but I do that now as I'm now on garden leave, or when do I do that and how? Do I create a new tax log in?0

Be aware if you've earned less than £12,500 so far this year and haven't found a new job yet that you might end up earning under £12,500 this year in which case all your tax will get refunded in the autumn of 2021 even if you don't fill out the form to get £1.20 a week back.0
