Transferring in to a S&S isa

Hi
I currently have 2x Cash ISA
1 matures in August
1 matured a few years ago and is just sat in a low interest account
I opened a S&S ISA with H&L 2 weeks ago in the 19/20 tax year.
Is it possible to transfer the money from my matured ISA into my H&L S&S ISA as well as adding up to £20k?

To add to masonic's brief post, you can do this as long as you ask HL to arrange the ISA transfer. If you move the money yourself, you'll lose the CASH ISA tax wrapper and will be limited to adding £20k
