Holiday refunds

I have paid in full a holiday with my credit card to Jet 2. They have contacted via email to say the holiday will be cancelled and they are going to ring me with options. We are considering rebooking the same holiday for the same date next year.  If Jet2 went bust and I had changed the holiday would I still get a refund from my credit card  because it wasn't the original holiday I had booked
