Issue With EOn having sold house long ago

We sold our last home nearly a year ago, yet ever since I've received "the final bill" from them requesting a few quid to balance the account (their words). Today, I get another one for £234....trying to read the online bills is making my head spin. Anyway, they aren't taking calls or responding to chats, obviously, so what do I do given that I don't think I should be paying anything? I could pay up and sort it out late I supposer, or just ignore it (though that sounds like A Bad Idea). Thoughts?

When did you receive the 'final bill' from them? ... and did that bill show the final meter reading that you provided, or an estimated reading?
Does this new bill show different final readings from the first 'final bill' ?

Good morning tobybarker and welcome to the forums,

You're right, we are working really hard to keep customers on supply and support our most vulnerable, so I do thank you for not contacting us at this time.

As has been said on the thread, please check the reads used on the final bill match the reads that you provided to us when you moved out. This is the easiest way to make sure your final bill is correct.

You can see all of the information on your online account, if you look in the billing and payments history part, you may find this a bit better to understand.

    Thank you for your understanding.
