Cooling off period administration fee
I understand that administration fees are common if cancelling insurance policies within the 14 days cooling off period, but are they permitted if changing mind about a physical item bought online like a phone? Wondamobile.com appears to charge £30 administration fee for the purchase of a phone (with no accompanying contract) if returned within the 14 days cooling off period. Is this legitimate?

Plus you are likely to have an expensive return cost as they are based in Hong Kong. You also get a Chinese version of a smartphone that may still have Chinese government restrictions on it.
It’s a Wonda anyone wants to deal with them.0
