Can you slide a butter knife or similar under the drawer and wiggle/twist the knife to free it up?0

Tried that, damn near broke a finger!
I’m happy not using drawer and putting detergent in dosing thingy in the drum I just want to be sure it won’t leak!0 -

For normal operation it just slides in and out.Same machine as my daughter has. I suspect either the removable parts in the drawer have become dislodged and jammed or you have wedged it by not putting it back in correctly.

I’ve never even be able to use it very rarely even touched it. Engineers have though0

From the diagram in the manual, it looks like the drawer is in two parts. The inner drAwer and the fascia. As long as the inner drawer is intact, it won’t leak.
