Sounds like it was your company's error then? If that's the case, I don't see that you have grounds to challenge the enforcement because the issuing council has incurred cost trying to track you down to settle the debt.premp said:incorrect info given when company moved, all this came to light following the end of mail redirection, which was set up to correct address but all vehicles had been registered to a different address 1 letter out of postcode which went to other side of building.

Aye, I knew a bloke who had one letter or number reversed on his rear reg number.
