I would like to switch bank accounts completely, however my current bank account has a ‘help to buy’ which I can only take money out of and place init another account. If I do a full switch of bank account am I still able to have access to my ‘help to buy’ and on further years draw the money out...?????

If you are referring to a Help-To-Buy ISA, then your provider will probably allow you to change the linked account. It is not normal to make withdrawals from this account though, as most people are using it to save for their first home and money withdrawn would not be eligible for the 25% Government bonus. The correct procedure for using your HTB ISA is to instruct your bank to close the account, triggering them to issue a closing statement your conveyancer will use to claim the bonus.
