Quidco, does anyone ever get paid?

in the last 18 months i have recieved £1200 from quidco. nearly all my tranaction track but not all, i use a laptop wirelessly as this has a different firewall and virus protection to my desktop. I kept having transactions not track on my desktop but they all went through on my laptop.
But recently i have had www.toyshop.com (theentertainer) not track or imediately come back as declined which i feel is dodgy practice by the retailer rather then problems with quidco"Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0 -
I have recently had my first payment from them, so yes they do pay out, but on the other hand, I have had a lot of payments not track. Also I do tend to find the most expensive things I buy are the ones that don't track:rolleyes:
Strangely I bought a DVD from HMV for £3.99, I went via quidco, and it tracked, but tracked as the item being £0.00, so no cashback!0 -
there's a box on the HMV page that says it will track properly once the item has been shipped. it always tracks at zero between order and shipping.0

I got house insurance at the beginning of July. (£120 cashback)
Naturally it didn't track, so I put in an enquiry. After a great deal of faffing around, the enquiry was considered successful at the end of September, and the £120 shows as 'added'.
I'm still waiting to be paid.
Although so far every ticket I have put in has been successful (inasmuch as it is eventually processed) hardly anything seems to track, even though I am mindful of cookies. Right now I've got my eye on a further £5+ cashback from October which, gosh, didn't track and had to be enquired after.
If quidco and TCB are offering the same cashback for the same company... guess who I go with?My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
i've only had 1 thing not track, but it was next and i think it was because it was an order from the sales in the summer.
i've only raised one ticket and that was more than because it tracked twice for some reason and they declined both, they sorted it out and i got paid but it did take 6 months0 -
I've had over £1,000 in a year and only one thing didn't track but as they say it isn't 100% but they do seem to pay if they get it!
Good LuckHelp me to help you :santa2:0 -

Same problem here, ordered a couple of dvd's from HMV about three weeks ago and the order shows as tracked and the value £0.000 -

If you read the thread properly your question will be answered.Gone ... or have I?0 -
Oh dear! Quidco are at it again. My home insurance with the Pru' is now showing as "On hold". First it was tracked, then being processed, then processed. Now it's on hold due to lack of info.
Is this just another way on getting out of paying up?
Rest assured, I won't use them again if they don't pay.0
