Best deal for EU travel and calling EU from the UK

My mobile provider has just informed me that it has changed some Ts&Cs and I can cancel if I wish...  I’m on a relatively costly business tariff, which is fine in the context of my company’s spending.

My work involves lots of travel within the EU during which I call UK and other EU numbers, but also lots of calls to EU numbers while in the UK, which is the tricky bit to address. 

Any advice on the best deals?  I used to be able to get inclusive unlimited minutes regardless of where I called from, including UK to abroad, but that stopped a while ago.

Lebara sim only plans include calls to EU (41 destinations) starting from £5pm depending how many minutes / data you need:

not a Lebara customer myself but was looking into this as (when not in lockdown), i travel a lot to France and Spain and also need to call these countries from the UK.

Vodafone include 100 mins to EU numbers on some of their unlimited plans, but I guess that may not be enough here?
You can get an add-on for £7.50 for 500 mins. 
Would be good to know expected usage?
