Don't add the reminder in #6 onwards - clearly those points have nothing to do with whether you were driving.

    Add more here:
I reject this as I was not the driver. In my initial response/appeal, to keep it simple, I replied telling the honest story, as if I was the driver picking up a family friend who was on a delayed train but in fact, it was the other way around, I was not driving nor even in the car when it arrived and stopped, and proof is attached.

Just on popla page to submit and it only says 2000 words. I am over 3000 without my train email confirmation. My letter is saved with the email as a pdf doc. There is optiom to attach a letter as evidence is this ok and should I put anything in the main 2000 word body? thanks

The advice in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, third post, surely covers this?  Email with pdf file attached. Just cross reference it in the appeal portal window.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ok, phew submitted. Will update you later on outcome. It's not easy for Newbies to take it all in, understand and regurgitate. You  are all so kind offering your help on these pages. Many thanks!
