I placed an order online with Wickes over 2 weeks ago, paid by debit card (as i usually do with Wickes) and it was due delivery on Monday. It didnt arrive, which is kind of expected given the current climate, and I'm not urgent for it anyway. I emailed politely asking if it had been rescheduled so someone is home to receive it (we are both classed at key workers) and I got a computer generated reply saying my case was closed and any issues to try calling. Tried several times with no answer. I'm assuming the order will be delivered at some point, just wondering what happenss if it doesnt arrive, at all? Can my bank claim the money back, or do i just wait possibly 3/4/6 months or more til everythings back to (relative) normality?

Yes you do have a chargeback right for non receipt. But you only have 120 days to action it from either debit date or expected delivery date.
