O2 split Cw
O2 have ended there agreement with carphone warehouse and have offered to pay off my contract with carphone warehouse and give me a free upgrade if I go direct with O2.
Now my question is can I get out of the contract altogether as it doesn't end with carphone warehouse untill next January. However three network are so much cheaper than O2 with unlimited data.
Is there a clause that I can leave my contract early which is why O2 are offering this deal. Or are they just screwing over cw?
