If this is new then you need to use TRUST ONLINE. It costs but is up to date
They will of course NOT send anyone around, as that letter tells you, however you MUST ACT QUICKLY
You have not answered but the answer as to how you have a CCJ is easy
    - you didnt update your V5 when moving, so a current parking charge went to an old address
    - you got a parking charge at your address, moved, and didnt tell them your new address
    - you didnt get the claim form OR the notice of default because the royal mail screwed up twice (unlikely)

You have a case number, did they say which court ??
No it just says a case number and no other details.
OK, well you need this info quickly.  EMAIL them for this information. Do not phone them as you will get a bully boy type
I could not find an email - Therefor I have contacted through their contact section . I will now await an email in return.

The  VERY obviously named NEWBIES thread - have you been there and searched for "CCJ"?
You havent answered all of the really, reeally key questions. Do so. We need to know WHY you didnt know about it I gave you three of the usual ways. Tell us WHAT happened.
Do not ever identify the driver unless you are explicitly told to do so. THE DRIVER parked... This is for when you work out which PPC and which event this is. This is stopping you shooting yourself in your own foot *now*.

    Name the claimant parking company

Email a SAR to the DPO at that parking company attaching 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof of I D under the GDPR law

Check if your V5C has your up to date and correct name and address on it , because earlier you were told the main reasons that this happens

Read the set aside advice in the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , plus read other £255 set aside threads on this forum , to gain knowledge

    Act quickly

Asking those questions proves you have not read the Newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , despite me telling you to do so , try again and use the scroll , use a laptop or tablet , not a phone

It's called an FAQ thread for good reason
