DCBL - Referral for Enforcement

So this morning I have received a referral for enforcement from DCBL Certified Bailiffs & High Court enforcement!

it says i have failed to pay DCBL the outstanding amount of £267.00 relating to a county court judgmentally number F1FC*****
and they now recommend their client to commence legal recovery action against me.
It goes on to state:
This could involve instruction of enforcement agents to collect payment. which would incur additional costs.
It says to ensure no further action is taken , i must pay using phone, cheque or by visiting their website.
On the reverse it does state:
This case is not subject to High court or bailiff action

What the hell do i do??
Many thanks in advance :)

First thing is to check your credit file for a CCJ against you. Then come back here

Have you changed your address in the last few years?  What address is showing on the V5C (logbook) for your vehicle?  Please check, don't guess.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
